Short on systems thinking.
Seeing how the whole thing fits before anyone builds a part of it. Strategy, structure, and the order of decisions. Without it, good execution just ships the wrong thing faster.
I make small teams OUTPRODUCE big ones
Nine years deciding what brands should make; now I build the systems that ship it. And keep doing it after I leave.
A campaign that moved a real number, a live product, and a working B2B app. Not slides, not claims. Open any of them.
A street-tech shoe launch, and the shoot killed by budget and timeline.
An entire launch film made with AI, day to night, no camera ever rolled. It became a repeatable production service the agency can sell again.
Indian cardholders quietly lose rewards guessing which card to use at checkout.
A live Telegram product that answers in one message. Designed, built, deployed and launched solo, in days.
Used-car dealers run their whole back office on guesswork and spreadsheets.
Point a phone at a car and a real vision model reads its condition, odometer and plate, then prices it and issues an honest public report.
Each one shows I understand where AI actually breaks in the real world, not just the demo-day version. Watch the 15-second clip, then play with the live thing. No sign-up, it all runs right in your browser.
Small things I built for myself, then gave away. Two are free downloads that run entirely on your own machine. The third needs nothing installed at all; copy it and paste it into whatever AI you already use.
Every brief that lands on your desk is really the same brief. It arrives with the same two holes, and they map exactly onto the two layers I run.
Seeing how the whole thing fits before anyone builds a part of it. Strategy, structure, and the order of decisions. Without it, good execution just ships the wrong thing faster.
The pipelines, automations and AI production stay slideware, because no one can actually build them into how the team works day to day.
↓I close both gaps. Here is what that looks like on a real brief.
When the right tool did not exist, I stopped waiting and built it. The execution layer is where strategy becomes a system.
Reference slots for the exact product, art direction presets, and Reference Swap editing, so the creative team ships production assets without writing a prompt. The product is shot in-house, so the pipeline works from our own reference material and the client holds perpetual rights to what comes out; a person signs off anything carrying the brand before it leaves. Brief to delivered assets runs two to three working days. It started on a launch film; most of the work now is product imagery for PDP and marketplace.
Custom LoRA models trained for brand visual consistency. Node-based automation pipelines (n8n with ComfyUI) that remove repetitive production work, at scale. Tool evaluation runs continuously; voice and music generation with ElevenLabs and Suno are the current tests.
Three or four people run it day to day and anyone on the team can pick it up. Cheaper than the production it replaces, though the generation loops cost more than people expect; that is worth knowing before you budget for it. Rebuilt three times before the fidelity held.
Tools second. I work out what we are trying to say, and why, before anyone opens a file. The thinking is what makes the output worth shipping. AI only speeds up what comes after the decision.

AI does not replace the decision. It speeds up everything after it.
The pipelines I build are run day to day by the team, after I have moved on.
I move with what is available and refine in motion, instead of waiting for the perfect brief.
Anything carrying a client's brand gets reviewed by a person before it ships. Speed is not worth the one asset that should never have gone out.
Real campaigns, led end to end: strategy, production, delivery. Brands you know, results that moved.

The strategist who decides and the builder who ships are the same person. That range is the rare part, and it makes the team around it move faster.
I am looking for AI transformation and creative production leadership, in Singapore or across APAC. Based in Delhi NCR, open to relocation and to remote.
